MISSOURI:Beverage bottling company is investing $100 million for the construction of a 400,000 sfwarehouse and distribution facility at 1777 N. Packer Rd. in SPRINGFIELD, MO.Construction has recently started, with completion slated for Fall 2020.

CALIFORNIA:Nut processing company is planning for a 306,000 sf expansion and equipmentupgrades of their warehouse, office, and processing facility at 8133 East Service Rd. inHUGHSON, CA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

OHIO:Insect-based feed ingredients mfr. is planning to invest $35 million for the renovationand equipment upgrades on a 200,000 sf processing facility in MARION, OH.Construction is expected to start in December 2019.

QUEBEC:Poultry processing company is investing $45 million for the construction of a 121,000 sfprocessing facility in DRUMMONDVILLE, QC. Construction has recently started, withcompletion slated for early 2021.

GEORGIA:Specialty food processing company is planning to invest $10 million for the renovationand equipment upgrades on a 110,000 sf processing facility in MILLEDGEVILLE, GA.They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for Spring2020.
