During the month of July, our research team identified 2 new Food and Beverage facilityconstruction projects with an estimated value of $100 million or more.
The largest project is owned by Bayer Cropscience, who is planning to invest $164 million for an expansion of their processing facility in CREVE COUER, MO. They have recently received approval for the project.

IOWA:Meat processing company is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on arecently acquired 300,000 sf processing facility in CHEROKEE, IA.
KENTUCKY:Distillery is investing $60 million for the construction of a new production facility inCLERMONT, KY. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for early 2021.
MICHIGAN:Infant nutritional products mfr. is planning to invest $68 million for an expansion andequipment upgrades on their processing facility in ZEELAND, MI. They have recently received approval for the project.
ARIZONA:Beverage company has recently started a 160,000 sf expansion of their warehouse andoffice facility in GLENDALE, AZ. Completion is slated for early 2020.
BRITISH COLUMBIA:Cannabis infused beverage products mfr. is planning for the expansion of a processingand bottling facility in BRIDESVILLE, BC by 170,000 sf. They have recently receivedapproval for the project.
FLORIDA:Retail grocery market has recently agreed to lease 120,000 sf of distribution space at 6375 Emperor Drive in ORLANDO, FL. They expect to be operational in Fall 2020.
ILLINOIS:Commercial kitchen space provider is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 117,000 sf processing, storage, and office facility at 5801 W. Dickens Ave. in CHICAGO, IL. They plan to be operational in Spring 2020.
CALIFORNIA:Non-profit organization is investing $10 million and has recently started the construction of a 50,000 sf kitchen and food production facility at 2230 Jerrold Avenue in SAN FRANCISCO, CA. Completion is slated for December 2020.
NEW YORK:Frozen dessert mfr. is planning to invest $21 million for the expansion of their manufacturing facility on Horizon Park Dr. in PENN YAN, NY by 195,000 sf. They haverecently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for Summer 2020.
SOUTH CAROLINA:Food processing and packaging company is planning to invest $12.5 million for anexpansion and equipment upgrades of their office and manufacturing facility in MULLINS, SC. They have recently received approval for the project.
