128 Food and Beverage Companies Make the 2019 Inc. 5000

Every year, Inc. magazine publishes a list of the 5,000 fastest-growing privately held companies in the U.S. This year, 128 food and beverage companies made the list (compared to 151 companies in 2018).

Last year’s top food company, Home Chef, was nowhere to be seen on the 2019 list, after the company’s 2018 acquisition by Kroger. For 2019 the highest ranking food company at #3 is Cece’s Veggie Co., with a three year growth rate of 23,880% and 2018 revenue of $24.9 million.

The list reflects the trend of plant-based, with four of the six fastest growing food companies in that space. Here’s the complete list of food and beverage companies to make the 2019 Inc. 5000.
